Winnebago Interest in Sunnybrook RV

I am surprised there is not much discusion about Winnebago's interest in buying Sunnybrook RV.  They then would be in the travel trailer business again.
 
There were some news articles back in October when Winnie signed a formal letter of intent to purchase Sunnybrook, but nothing since. A Letter of Intent doesn't really mean much - it's just a basis for formal negotiations and gives Winnie a chance to inspect Sunnybrook's finances and facilities to see if they really want to make an offer. Price gets discussed later, after the "due diligence".
