Fantastic Vent announced today that the company has been sold to Atwood Mobile. Many of us have first hand experience with their excellent products and great customer service. Hope that becoming part of conglomerate like Atwood doesn't muck up the small company values.

Couldn't have said it better myself about the outstanding customer service reputation Fantastic Fan has. I have personally benefitted from it.
 
Fantastic has been one of the best companies in the entire RV industry.  I agree with Gary - sure hope it doesn't get wrecked by the new owners.

Me, too.  They've been the nicest company to work with.  When the tech installed our Fantastic Fan at the FMCA Las Cruces show, he gave us the telephone number of the phone that rings at his desk and told us to be sure to call him direct if we needed anything.
