97 american eagle , panel looks as if it had got wet in past and bubbled up . do i have to remove some pieces at the top to replace this .  thank you .

The paneling is part of a sandwich system and would, most likely, be difficult to remove. The sidewalls of most RV's are made with the inside paneling glued to a foam inner core and the outer gelcoat panel. It can be done but care must be taken not to destroy the foam core behind the inner panel. I had to have a portion of one wall replaced due to moisture damage on my 2000 American Dream. The Service Center did a great job but it wasn't cheap.

You might want to consider having the Service Center in Decator, IN do the job.
