Went back to San Clemente SB for the extended weekend 
Other drivers were kind when I needed to move over on this trip unlike the previous trip. Of course being there the week before helped in knowing what to expect up ahead. Another thing is I started to trust other drivers more than before. And the smartest move was to stay off that toll road off the 91 freeway which is so steep!
