Get a memory form mattress topper instead. They are cheaper and lighter and oh so comfortable. Costco has good prices on them.

My Sunlite Apache 850 that I bought new in 2003 had a Queen Innerspring Mattress and it was Cheep... Slept Cheep and you could feel the Bones in it 
Last spring I picked up a slightly used 2008 Sunlite/Apache 865 and the previous owner had replaced the mattress with a Memory Foam and it's Much Better... Depending on the camper you could have headroom issues with a topper... ??
