gulfstream trailers? quality? how long last?

I am concidering getting me. A gulfstream fifth wheel I want a4 season one some models have it?
How well do they hold up what kind of quality are they what line should I look at?
I may concider living in it full time will they hold up to that?
How do you do sewer and water hose in winter?
Are the good for the $ I don't know there prices yet?
 
I am not aware of any Gulfstream units that are rated for 4-season.  Look at Carriage.  They are rated 4-season and rated for full time use.

Cost is going to be a problem. You won't get a good 4-season unit without a premium price. You will find trailers that have an "arctic package" or similar, but mostly those just upgrade from poor insulation to ok insulation. You need to get into the better quality models to get quality weather protection.

Try looking at Canadian built RVs, e.g. Okanagon or Golden Falcon. They are typically better designed for cold weather use.  Of the northern US built trailers, Arctic Fox & Nash have a pretty good rep. Or one of the old Alpenlites.
 
We have a Gulfstream EnduraMax TH.It's not 4 seasons but never had a problem in the winter.We just use the fireplace that I installed and a few electric heaters.The garage does stay a little chilly,but I don't think you would have a problem in a regular 5'er.
