wall light replacement

i want to remove the wall sconces from the slide out in fifth wheel.. it looks like it is wired as 110 and not 12v... if this is so then I can replace with a regular light fixture from home depot.. or if anyone has removed them and covered up the spot where they wre located at let me know.. I don't even need them but don't want 2 5 inch circle holes of wires showing... Thanks!
 
You can probably get blank covers to go over the holes - they are available to cover places where ceiling fans and lights were removed. Or cut a nice piece of paneling to make a cover for the holes.

120v lighting in a camper is unusual, though. The bulb in the fixture ought to tell you the power type, but do not assume it is 120v simply because it looks like a household lightbulb. That style is made in 12v too.
