airconditioner?

I've been loking a slide-in campers, mostly Lance seem to come up in my area, but they don't have a/c.  Is that the norm? I've seen ADS for larger units with air but none in person. How do you keep the camper cool???
 
They come both ways... Even my Cheep Apache 865 SE has air. Air can be added at any time, all you need is a Standard roof vent and a place to plug it in. If you don't have air or camp a lot without electricity a Fantastic Fan  (12 volt) will go a long ways to keep the camper cool at night...
 
Thanks! I didn't ask that quite right- but you answered  it right,  :) how to keep cool with out electric if there isnt an a/c unit on the camper.. 8)
