2000 Wanderer lite 21'

I'm looking to buy a 2000 Wanderer lite by Thor for about $7000.  Not sure on the model number, but it has bunk beds in the back.  It is pretty light weight (3300 lbs., unloaded)  and has a total of 4 beds.  Dual axle.  My concern is the quality and leaks.  It's 10 years old.  Is it still a good deal?

Anyone ever own one of these or have any opinions on it.  This will be our 1st TT.
