Do i need to grease the top of my fifth wheel hitch between hitch and camper?

If I were you I would go purchase one of the teflon plates from an RV or trailer store.  NO grease, no mess.

you will have to verify what size you need.

It needs some form of "slippery", but the cleanest way is to use the teflon pad that nhill2090 suggested. If you don't go that way, put on a light coat of automotive chassis grease. If the grease gets dirty, wipe it clean and re-coat.

I use a disk but put a light coat on the actual King-Pin to reduce wear

The Teflon plate works well for what it does but you still need to grease the mechanism.
