The real estate closing was completed today and the former Beaudry RV properties are now officially owned by Lazydays.  Now they have to apply for and receive dealership and business licenses from the state of AZ, which typically takes around 90 days, get the property ready for business and hire a staff the augment the core team from Florida. They hope to have the campground and service center open sometime in mid-summer and the dealership selling RVs by the end of summer.

I'll add to this thread as I learn more.

The Beaudry RV park is very nice, but it is not in a good location. The area lacks shopping and restaurants nearby. Beaudry operated a fairly good restaurant in the RV Park which was very convenient. Time will tell if Lazydays will re-open the restaurant.

Thanks for the info, Gary. The Beaudry facility on the southeast edge of the Phoenix metro area (I-10, exit 162) was a new, large facility. Now vacant.
