Hey everyone!!!  I am doing a complete tear out of my 88 Tioga 21' motorhome.  Found out propane is shot..  So now the fun begins....

I want a stove, fridge and heater still if possible.  Can I buy 120v AC appliances and use them in there somehow and run them off the battery for the drive and then hook up to the hydro when we get to camp?

For the stove I was thinking I could just hook it up to a 20lbs cylinder or something...

Any suggestions and help would be great.. I will be posting shortly all the photos and the reno....

Thanks everyone!

You can get a LP gas stove from any RV appliance outlet.  Ditto for a furnace if you want one.  And a water heater too.

Generally, running major appliances on 120vac while driving is impractical if they have any significant power demand.  The amp demand via an inverter is just too great. You could do a residential type fridge, though.
