I have the 2006 Adventurous and trying to visualize which window you are talking about. In either case, most autoparts stores carry a tube of adhesive that is made for gluing the rubber to the glass or metal.

Weatherproof silicone adhesive or automotive urethane would be better as a quick fix. You may be able to get a new seal or window from Van Windows Direct. They sell CR Laurence Windows, which made the awning tilt-outs for Roadtek and Sportsmobile

Considering there are plenty of other owners of Sprortmobiles and Roadtreks and 2 decades' worth of Vans and it is a common problem. Hopefully can help someone and reduce search time.
