I want to be able to move around the tent trailer in the driveway and have seen these around. What are they called? What do I need to know when I buy one?

Trailer dollies or mules.... Allot depends on the weight of your trailer and if you are using it on level ground. You can buy manual ones pretty reasonable such as one of these, or motorized for considerably more like this if you are dealing with a weighty trailer. The last thing you want to try and do is move a lot of weight by hand on an incline.

Or a trailer tongue jack with a wheel, such as several of these:

That way the dolly wheel goes with you wherever the trailer goes and doubles as a jack.
