How to install tach on 2003 Ford V-10 Triton engine?

I have a 2003 Ford V-10 Triton engine.

I want to install a 10-cyl tach...neither my RV dealer not two local Ford dealerships will install it
They say it is too hard to find the tach signal feed wire within all of the wiring harnesses!

Has anyone installed a tach on a Ford V-10 Triton?

Shop manual runs $150
