We took our first trip of the year with our 'B' this last week. Had an oil change, new tires, flushed the water storage tank, checked the house batteries, etc. before the trip.
We have traveled and camped for over 40 years now but this was our first time the Rifle River Recreation Area that is only 2.5 hours from our home. That does represent $100 in round trip gas though at 16 mpg in on 'B'.
Below are a few pictures and a Youtube link to the trips 5 minute slide show. We will be returning to the Rifle River in the fall for the fall colors.
