This is a little early, but Liza just messaged me that Catalina State Park is one of 9 Arizona State Parks that finally have reservations. We knew this was coming, just not when it would actually happen.

As usual this will be a casual rally, ie semi organized.

Many folks come in after Christmas and stay until the 1st or 2nd. Last year quite a few arrived in time to enjoy Christmas in the Catalinas. We will arrive before Christmas and leave on the 2nd.

Place: Catalina State Park north of Tucson, AZ

Cost of the park is $25.00 per night W/E (50amp). Dump is available.
There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

Good news is that they have reservations. But this could also be bad news. It may make it difficult for the people who decide late that they want to come. The park has been close to full several days each of the past two rallies.

Please post under this topic if you make reservations. Let us know the dates and site number. We are on B33 from 12/22/11 until 1/2/12

Ray and I have made our reservations.  We arrive on December 27th and leave on January 2nd.  We will be in Space B-32
 
Betty and Terry Brewer have made reservations to arrive on 12/27/11 and depart on Jan 4, ( 8 nights) We will be in site B-35 on the end  next to Russ who will be in 34.

What a tradition.
 
The FitzGeralds will arrive Dec. 23rd and leave Jan. 4th (12 nights).  We'll be in site B-20.

I'll volunteer to keep a list if you want one.

Randy and Debby Sherow will be in site B21 from 12/24/11 until 1/2/12.

And Liza, thanks for the heads up as to your arrival date. I'll have a chance to get out for toilet paper before you get to Tucson and leave the town without any.

I didn't have time to reply but the Cousins are in B22.

When you get a chance, please let me know your arr/dep dates.
When I looked at the reservation map I was wondering if an "outsider" had signed up for B22 in the last few days!

This year Chuck and I will not be able to join all of you for the festivities. This 2011/12 Holiday season we will be with my daughter and family in Switzerland.

OK, You had to make a decision: Catalina or Switzerland for the Holiday.
Somebody must have blackmailed you to chose Switzerland! VBG
