We have been hopping all across the Midwest and the Lynchs and Cousins arrived in Des Moines this weekend to spend a couple of days with Russ Mahoney.

We have had a nice time visiting, lunch with Russ and Jeanette, getting the tour of Russ's old stomping grounds, and spending an hour at one of the country's larger farmers markets in downtown Des Moines on Saturday morning.

Jan and Tim pulled out this morning headed for California and we leave in the morning headed for Illinois, Indiana, and Virginia before turning back towards Arizona.

Russ is looking well.  Is he feeling better also?  I miss our yearly breakfast with Jeanette.

Russ seems to be doing OK  but is ready for a nap after lunch. :D

A nap after lunch is good for anyone.

Jeff, you and Sue sure are bouncing around the country this year ! Are you going to stay put when you get back to Arizona?

Sue says she is. ::)

We enjoyed a post dinner time here at Cutties with Jeff and Sue in our Suncruiser and will see Russ tomorrow at noon when he picks us up after his cardio workout. I may get to drive. ;-)

Thanks Russ for the tour of Des Moines from the Capitol and the artwork to the farmers market, a very nice time.  Looks like we will now stop following the Cousins around as we head different directions.  Good happy hours and lunch with all and Jeanette, makes for a nice visit.  As you suggested we did make a stop at the Great Platte River Road Archway and found it to be very interesting considering the pioneers paved the way for RVers. Sorry we missed seeing Bob's new coach.
