Ned, I downloaded Fast Dial 3.5.1 (experimental) and had some success. Seems like a fairly new program.
It works in a strange way; one has to open it with a new empty tab, top of the screen. I was surprised to see that all my old Fast Dial entries showed up on a single page. Good enough for me right now.
The typical format would be by selectable number of individual frames separating the various links.
I haven't experimented any more; all I know I have my links back.
