I am remodeling a 1993 Four winds class c with alot of water damage. When i pulled up the carpet there is a spot in the floor, about 14" x14" right under the A/C, where there obviously was a good leak. Question is..... can i just cut out that spot and replace? How would i go about attaching it? OR will i have to replace the whole 4x8 sheet? The rest of the floor around looks to still be good.

If it is the main floor board, you will have to cut back far enough to find an attachment point to the metal frame underneath, so you have a way to tie the new piece in.  If it is just a layer of sheathing over the top of the subfloor, you can cut as much or as little as you like. In any case be careful of what may lie underneath.

As Gary mentioned- cut larger- probably to the middle of the crossmembers. Look and see if you can see screws in the floor that would be an attach point to the frame. Send us a photo- we can help better
