While watching hurricane Irene and trying to decide if we should evacuate Prince William Forest we decided to clean house. I don't know about other MHs but our Itasca has a fantastic heating system fueled by the MH's engine heat.
We decided to evacuate to Edenburg, VA. As we drove down the road we both commented that the truck A/C wasn't doing such a great job, but we chose not to crank up the generator and run the big A/Cs. As we stopped for gas Ruth went back to shut down the refrigerator and commented that the floor ducts were hot on her bare feet.
Yep, you guessed it................... While cleaning the dashboard the heater switch got turned on. Too bad we didn't figure it out before we reached our destination. Duh!
