Can't wait to take off at noon!  It's rainy & 50 degrees out but we are ready to head out to Branched Oak Lake for the weekend. The weatherman says it will be 70 and sunny Saturday. We got plenty of food, meeting good friends, & plenty of firewood.  I will set the tv outside so we can watch the Nebraska Cornhuskers play so I know it will be a great weekend!
 
Cool.  Take some pictures.  We used to go pheasant hunting when I was stationed there at Offutt.  Been a while though.  Enjoy!
 
The only good thing about this weekend was that the Huskers won.  Friends didn't show. It was cold, windy, & rainy Saturday so we packed up & went home after supper. After 10 years this is the first time the weather beat us!
 
Thinking of heading there this weekend, with a saturday at Val's pumpkin patch for the kids.  Looks like another nice weekend with great campfire evenings!  We've boated and tent camped several times a year there in past, but, now we just have to rough it in the TT..... ::)
