Thanks first for the very nice welcome.

Now my question........  I have a 2005 Park Model Luxury by Design Camper 36'.  It has a tip-out in the "den"  area.  No leaks so far but the floor seems unlevel.  We have adjusted from inside as it appears the seal around opening has settled ( flattened).  We added some tubing back behind tip out where it hits load bearing wall to try to level up, surely there is a way to correct this from out side so tip out lays flat on wall.

I hope this makes sense.  It sure sound crazy  as I re-read  lol.
