Aluminum or wood framing for floors and roof

We are searching for a 5wh and are confused as to why wood is being used in some for the floor and roof trusses. I can see that in the roof the wood is a better insulator than metal but in the floor is it not a potential problem (warp and rot)?

It's cheaper and staples are are lot faster and easier (anyone can use a stple gun, but a welder needs training and more skills) to use as fasteners than welding.

But at today's wood prices, metal construction no longer costs much more and I suspect that it is only employee skills that are inhibiting a complete change to all metal construction. It's fairly easy to set up for manufacturing RVs with wood frames - it doesn't make much tooling or skills to assemble walls and floors when everything is stapled and glued. You can train the staff in a few days.
