In our 2004 Itasca Horizon 40AD, there is a washer/dryer unit in the bedroom. Under this cabinet is a screened vent where you can change the A/C filter. Lately, when we are driving, the heat coming out of this vent makes it very hot in the bedroom. I know DP's build up a certain amount of heat in the bedroom, but this is a constant stream of hot air coming into the bedroom. Never noticed this before.  At night, you can feel cool air coming in this vent. Any ideas??

AC ductwork in the rear end cap probably has separated at a joint. Fairly common and may be able to be patched with the silver duct tape. Some may be easy to get to but others can be very difficult. Have heard of some that the rear cap has to be removed. With the air running, you may be able to feel a leak around the duct.

Problem solved. Took it too a Camping World in Mesa, AZ and they found that a panel around the engine had come loose. New fasteners and some caulking and the issue was resolved.
