I am buying an older Wolverine camper for a remodeling project.  Does anybody know anything about Wolverine's?  I don't know what year it is but it doesn't have a/c, heat or bathrm.  It has a rebuilt fridge that works, all the cushions, curtains and mattress are in great shape.  The camper has been kept in dry and the stove and oven works.  It has a single sink and the water only works hooked to water supply.  Owner said he had the holding tank bypassed years ago for a problem while on a trip but he can't remember what it was so I know I will have to investigate that.  Any advice and where to start first on checking it out?  This is my first remodeling venture...

First thing I'd check is the seals on the outside, followed by the plumbing and electrical systems.

Given she has no bathroom sounds like an 8'er, and given the fact that she's got really limited systems, I'd say possibly late 60s, early 70s for year.
