Having Problem With TRU-VISION Satellite

I am from Canada but spend 6 months in Florida with my RV.  I have Bell Express Vu at my home in Canada and I have one of the boxes in the RV.  The Tru-Vision finds satellite 91 but does not "lock" onto it even though it shows 100% strength.  Then a screen pops up saying that "this card does not support the program" even though the guide is showing stations, nothing is available. 
 
If you are seeing the Guide, you obviously have a working system.  Did you have Bell re-authorize your service? If it has been off the air for awhile, it probably needs to be reactivated. Basically, your satellite recieve gets a authorization code every month to tell it to continue providing service. If you miss the code transmittal becasue the box is powered off, it has to be re-sent.
