2000 Dutch Star/No turn signals

Hi all, just purchased my first DP, a 2000 Dutch Star, upon my trip home with it I discovered my turn signals were not working. All other lights(brake,Hazards) are working fine. My problem is I don't have any idea where to find the fuse or flasher on this unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
On my 2001 DSDP, the flassher is under the dash and should be heard IF it is working and the lights are on.  The fuse should be under a panel on top of the dash.  OOPs that is the 2001 and I'm not sure about the 2000 and where the fuses are located .

Checck in here and ask your question as there are several 2000 DSDP owners there.
