Towing a trailer - Campground storage

I am thinking about towing a trailer when we decide to go somewhere and stay for 4 months or so and am wondering if it would be a problem finding Campgrounds that would allow storing the trailer on the site that I am on or maybe close by as I would like to use the trailer for my hobbies and such.

Any thoughts appreciated, trailer would be no longer than 25' due to towing length laws.

We do not tow a trailer, but we do stay in a lot of commercial campgrounds. Many of those (I would say large majority) allow parking the trailer on the site. I would guess that you should not have a problem.
