Apparently it was starting to surface and I didn't even realize it. I thought I was doing a good job controlling my attitude, but I guess I wasn't doing that good.
Like a dummy, I still smoke and haven't found a way to quit and control my anger. I know there is some folks out there that say "hogwash, all you have to do is make up your mind to quit and do it" To those folks, how about parking your coach in the desert and just have the two of us isolated from civilization. You will be ready to run after no more than 3 days. My Dad was an alcoholic and I saw myself headed down the same road. I quit and haven't looked back. I could drink a cold beer on a hot summer day and not have the desire for another after. I also quit drugs overnight with the same result. I feel that is a great blessing. I truly wish it was that easy for me to quit smoking.
