I have a Thetford Cassette C2 toilet in my camper. It is connected to the fresh water tank and electric system--it has a fuze and flasher; I replaced the fuze which was blown. Still, nothing happens when you push the flush button. There is water in the central tank and the small fresh water tank in the toilet.

The only cassette-type toilet I've used was non-electric, so my experience is very limited, but there's not much to go wrong with your toilet.
Assuming that the new fuse didn't blow, are you able to confirm that the unit is still getting 12 volts? When the fuse blew, it's possible that another fuse or breaker in the same circuit blew/tripped.
If the new fuse is still good and the unit has 12 volts, I'd check the button and the pump. If the new fuse also blew, I'd suspect the pump.
