Since I'm going whole hog in repairing my damaged fifth wheel, I was also thinking about repainting it. Does anyone know what kind of paint I should use? Can I get away with just cleaning it with TSP first for prepping, or do I need to sand it? The paint looks like a lacquer-based enamel, but not like the kind that goes on cars...
Also, I still haven't got so far as to remove portions of the skin to replace rotted wall beams. Can anyone tell me how the aluminum panels are attached and how I can remove them without damaging them? Thanks!
