Does the name Garvin sound familiar?    Well he's b-a-a-a-ck with a 50 million dollar extravaganza off I-65 in Kentucky.  Expected to be open for 2007

If 3/4 of the stated  development cost of 53,000,000.00 are associated with th RV Resort, just the mortgaget payment could be over $23/per day per site assuming 50% average occupancy year round.

Your looking at $50-70/ nightly rates.

 Think we will probably pass on that resort since they will probably have to many darn trees.
