Its a small device I sent away for from an ad, it take an AA battery and you just tape it on your valve cover.
It ionizes all the fuel going into your injectors. I now get 25 mpg from my Cat. engine. Its amazing.

Did you do an on-the-road test to determine your actual Miles Per Gallon or is this only good for April 1st, 2012? Cute!

Remarkable device. I put one at each end of the valve cover and the mileage jumped to 50 mpg on my CAT.

I put one in last year, but found out it only works one day a year. And we happened to be parked that day.

I put one on my DMAX. After it was parked in my garage a couple hours I had to clean up diesel fuel that overflowed from the fuel tank. Big mess.

I keep mine in the glove box so I don't have to worry about cleaning up a mess on my barn floor. Also, all that extra fuel might pressurize the tank and be dangerous!!!!
