Greetings,
Just got a quote from a dealer who rents Roadtreks. My idea was to rent one and drive on a 4,000 mile trip. Problem is the cost is too prohibitive. The quote was $8,000 plus. I'd rather put the money into an actual RV that I am buying.
I'm thinking rather than driving one that far is to rent one near the destination that I am going to be at for a few days then return. That way I get to drive a model I am intersted in and not have such a high expense. Just thought things would be more cost effective when I started this train of thought.
You can rent an RV in Australia for a couple of months for a lot less!! Any thoughts?? Best!
