Quality of MH's sold from El Monte RV?

I'm still looking to purchase my 1st MH and I can't afford to buy a new one. What do you think about purchasing a MH from El Monte RV? I've looked at Cruiseamerica as well but after reading some threads on this forum it appears they offer the low end MH's. El Monte RV offers a larger selection but they don't provide the mileage on their website.

Has anyone purchased a MH from El Monte RV and if so then how was the quality?
