Misplaced the keys for my 1993 Fleetwood popup. Is there a way to get a replacement key using the vin number?

You can probably get one at any camper dealer. Most of then are the same, even between different models and brands. There will probably be some kind of number on it somewhere to identify it.

I don't know about getting the key code from the VIN, but I did have this happen to me before.  I just asked around the CG to borrow their key.  Found one that worked and had a copy made.  This usually produced a couple of nervous campers until one of the party's left the CG but only cost a couple of bucks.

Any dealer can come up with a key for you.

Key code from VIN only works if locks are original code.

My understanding was that there just wasn't enough cuts in the keys for the older RVs to warrant a vast combination of key sources in those days.

For example, the key that fits the back of my cap on my pick-up also fits the outside storage lockers on my Jayco.

Go figure.
