Newbie: advice needed for 12v & 110v combo dvd player / TV

We're getting a small Toyota based MH and will be out and about this summer.  I'd like to get a combo DVD player / TV that's both 12v & 110.    I'm thinking something 12-18" screen.  My first concern is something that will hold up (not have the electronics shaken apart) to the rigors of the road - including some gravel bumpy stuff. 

Any thoughts and advice on what I might want to consider us welcome.

I recommend getting a regular TV and separate DVD along with a small inverter. You will have more choices and be able to get a much better quality setup in the same price range.
