The people at Remco are the experts. If they say you can tow it, I would tend to believe them. Their people are quite knowledgeable and friendly, and can answer any specific concerns you may have. Call them.

There are GENERAL rules, which work well at General, but alas don't always fit.
The General rule is that standard transmission (Stick Shift) vehicles can be towed
NOTE: there are exceptions

Yes, but it does not mean that no modifications are required to do so without damage. It may be towable "as is" or it can be made towable with the addition of some components.
