A little about me, a newbie to this forum.
After retiring, selling my business & property in CA I purchased a 23' 2010 Sprinter Winnebago ERA to travel around the US to search for a new home. My 1st stop was in Sequim, WA because a good friend opened a practice up there.
Also, on my list of many locations to seach was AZ.
What do you know, in WA I met a lady who was visiting Sequim but lived in AZ.
To the point, I came to AZ in Sept. '10 and bought a home in Dec. '10. So here I am - no longer needing my ERA.
