We better get busy printing up name badges so Helaine doesn't have to smack anyone with her canes for not wearing a badge !!

Sorry to hear that the surgery has to wait until next spring but do understand wanting to have a doctor that you know and trust.  Glad to hear that you are doing well otherwise.  Looking forward to seeing you this winter.

Sorry your surgery is delayed but glad to hear you're doing so well.  We'll be in Quartzsite for the rally this year.  One rainy winter in Oregon was plenty, thanks.  ;)  Also just heard we're now 19th on the list at Timber Valley in Sutherlin.  See you this winter!

Hi Tom & Margi,
No doubt about it Oregon is wet in the winter time but the coast is wetter, grayer, and foggier than Sutherlin. We havent spent winter here yet and being from Seattle we have web feet so we wont notice it too much.
The list moves slow now.  But soon we will be neighbors. Wainwrights have their lot but they are so busy we hardly ever see them.

Helaine,

So sorry to hear about your surgery delay, but changing docs in mid-stream doesn't give much confidence.  Glad to hear you'll be a QZ and raring to go.  Someone has to keep this bunch in line and I'm glad you'll be up to the task.  Daisy

Hi Helaine,

I'm really happy to hear you are doing much better but I fear I must be sure to wear my name tag at all times. I'm not sure I'll be able to outrun you when I don't!!!!! ;D

As much as it pains me (pun intended) we have decided to postpone the knee replacement untill spring.

Helaine

Sorry to hear about the delay in getting the other knee fixed.  We arrive at Timber Valley sometime in October.  Will see you then!

Darn! Now I've got to figure out a new way to 'Helaine-proof' my scotch glass ::)

Look forward to seeing you in QZ, even if you're mildly dangerous ;D

Karl (Cheesehead) Kolbus   Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy cow ...what a ride!"

Dan & Jeanine,
We will probably miss you. With no Doc or therapist to hold us here we plan on leaving end of sept or first of October. That will give us a few weeks to play befor Wally goes back to work. But we will see you sometime.
Your lot still looks good. You have had the same renters on your lot since just after you left. Be sure and let office know 2 weeks early that you intend to come back.
