We are putting plans together to begin fulltimining within the next two years. Part of our income stream will be from my wife's accounting background (we hope). She does not do taxes per se but helps small business people setup quickbooks and get organized. Do you think this is a skill that would be sought after at the various campgrounds? She also does bookeeping for small businesses remotely so will continue that as well.

I'm in the same line of work, but I also do taxes.  I don't think there is much call for the QuickBooks side of things for many RVer's.  Even though she doesn't do taxes, if she could advertise that she can help people get their tax information together, as I assume most RVer's mail their tax doc's to an accountant somewhere.  There probably would be a need for a service like that.
