OnStar mirror add on

Just wondering if anyone has tried using the OnStar mirror (you can get at BestBuy etc) in your RV. 

My regular BlueAnt isn't loud enough to get calls thru.  Wondering if the OnStar mirror would work in my Winnebago Class A and if anyone else has added it or tried to add it to your rig.
