I just bought a Ford Fiesta to tow at the back of may Motor Home ....I would like to know where to attach "exactly" the wire at the brake pedal because the direction column (universal joint) is very close to the brake pedal . Should i attach at the top right or at the bottom right or anywhere else ? I will use a READY BRAKE system.

Excuse my English i am a french speaking person.......Thank you in advance.

Not sure how a Fiesta is set up, but the Ready Brake instructions normally have the cable clamped to the brake pedal arm just above the pedal. You would want the straightest pull possible between the pedal and the firewall along the arc of the pedal's normal travel, and the lower on the brake arm, the least force is needed to pull it. If your steering is in the way of that, you may have to contact Ready-Brake for recommendations. You can read the Ready-Brake instruction manual here.
