2005 Jayco Jay series A/C $5,500...Is that a good price?

Hi, The wife are looking at a 2005 Jayco Jay pop-up series J1006 for $5,500. It's from a local dealer and I am wondering if that's a good price. It has A/C, refrigerator also. Any things we should be on the lookout for? Besides the wear of the canvas, Tire's?

I am also new to all of this! But I did find out that you can check prices for the make and model you are looking at by searching for "NADA". Sorry I did not write down the web address before I accessed this forum.

That would be http://www.nadaguides.com/ but don't check any options when looking up prices. We have had many previous discussions on using NADA Guides for RV pricing.
