The NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation issued the following RV-related recalls during March, 2005.

Hidden Hitch, model 64-6215, installed on Gulfstream 2004 model Endura Class C motorhomes. The hardware may become loose, allowing the hitch and towed unit to separate from the towing vehicle. NHTSA campaign ID Number: 05E023000.
Keystone RV, 2005 trailer/5th wheel models Springdale, Sprinter, & Tail-gator. Furnace may not be secured and the gasket that seals the furnace to the floor duct system may be missing. NHTSA campaign ID Number: 05V076000.
Keystone RV, 2006 trailer/5th wheel model Cambridge. The headlight dimmer switch may have been wired with reverse polarity. This will cause the lights on the switched circuit to either not function at all or the dimmer switch will not dim or shut off the lights. NHTSA campaign ID Number: 05V083000.
Georgie Boy Mfg. LLC, 2003 & 2005 Cruise Master, 2003 Landau, & 2003-2004 Pursuit motorhomes on Freightliner chassis. Fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (FMVSS) NO. 101, "controls and display" and standard no. 105 "hydraulic and electric brake systems." models with actia instrument cluster, the incorrect software programmed into the cluster such that certain warnings are not displayed. NHTSA campaign ID Number: 05V089000.
Four Winds International, 2005-2006 models: Chateau, Chateau Citation, Chateau Sport, Dutchmen, Duthcmen Dorado, Dutchmen Express, Four WInds, FOur Winds 5000, Four Winds Siesta, Fun Mover. The spare wheels contain an incorrect offset. The center of the wheel was welded in the wrong position. The wheel may rub against the brake caliper which could result in a brake failure increasing the risk of a crash. NHTSA campaign ID Number: 05V090000.
Coachmen RV Company, LLC, 2003 model Aurora, 2003-2004 model Rendezvous, 2004-2005 model Santara on Workhorse chassis. Fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (FMVSS) no. 101, "controls and display" and Standard no. 105 "hydraulic and electric brake systems." models with Actia instrument cluster, the incorrect software programmed into the cluster such that certain warnings are not displayed.
