During the mid 70s there was a group called 10cc (don't ask about their name) that had a big hit called "I'm Not in Love" which is the only hit song I can recall with a bass guitar solo instead of a guitar solo. Anyway on one their albums was a non-hit called "Blackmail". It is one in my 2000 most favorite songs collection and I have been listening to it for years. But I have never been able to understand a lot of the words. Recently I bought a smartphone and installed SoundHound on it. Soundhound identifies most pieces of music and will scroll the lyrics along with most popular songs. So last night I saw the lyrics to "Blackmail" for the first time.
