I have a Teconsa Voyager Brake Control. My electric brakes all of a sudden stopped working. I measured the voltage at the controller. Red and Black wires 12 volts, White wire ground, (disconnected it and reconnected to make sure of a good ground) and only 3 volts on the blue (brake controller fully engaged) . I cut the blue wire at the controller and am still only getting 3 volts (fully engaged Manually and through the brake pedal). I believe that is telling me that the controller is bad, I just would like for it to be confirmed before I spend a lot of money at it.
