I'm so frustrated. I know a lot of you Love, love, love, your convection oven setups, but I find it a real drag to have to rely on the generator as we rarely have hookup uses. Not only that, I think listening to them drone on and on when cooking something longer than 10min. is a distraction to the wilderness senses to me. SOOOO, I want to replace what I have with a gas oven. I have looked and looked on the net, and am unable to find just the ovens. I know they're out there, 'cause I see them in the motorhomes separate from the cooktops. Do any of you know of a source to purchase?

I don't think there are any 12v or non-electric ones being made so you may be stuck running an inverter for the controls.
