A topic in another forum probably should be reviewed by anyone replacing or installing new Wirecon SCDs (Self Contained Device) in their RV. These are the 120 volt receptacles, switches and junction points in RVs. They should be installed with a special installation tool that preps and inserts the cable, however these cost a lot of money. Page 18 of the Wirecon Installation Guide tells how to reinstall using a C-clamp and pliers. This can be a dangerous thing if not done properly, especially if a high current device like a heater or microwave is installed in a poorly connected receptacle. here is a link to the Wirecon Installation Guide
